We hope you enjoy this virtual tour of our cattery. We know it is important for you as a buyer to see where your baby was raised. We have a variety of pictures here so you can get a good idea of how our cattery is set up. Have fun!
This is our brand new 2-story condo for our momma's and their babies. Two litters can be comfortably housed at once in this enclosure. Momma kitty enjoys having the privacy of her own space with her new babies.
Here is Calm Silver Breeze exploring her new condo! We received the condo on the same day she gave birth to five beautiful little girls!
Here is a shot of Breeze with her beautiful little girls enjoying being the first kitty priviledged to use the condo.
Here is a another shot of Breeze with her little girls.
This is one of our larger walk-in enclosures. Because the openings are so big, I had to hang thick plastic on the walls to keep the kittens from getting out. (It only goes partially up the walls.) The upside is that now the walls are MUCH easier to clean. I just spray them and wipe them down! Here are four of my beautiful babies having fun romping around! I place a smaller litter box in with the kittens when they first start litter training.
This sweet little angel is Wendy Darling. She is standing next to an example of one of the many toys we give the kittens to play with and keep them entertained.
Here is a top view of one of our birthing boxes. These babies are enjoying nursing their mommy and getting their tummies filled! Auhh, How sweet! Aren't they just the cutest little kittens you've ever seen!
This enclosure is what you could call, "A Labor of Love". My husband and I decided to build this and it ended up taking us approximately 13 hours! I should mention that neither one of us are mechanically inclined at all..... Somehow we managed to build something that would actually stand up! Mystical Dreams (aka Misty) is using the enclosure in this picture. She is very pregnant and waiting to give birth soon! And yes, there was a sale on litter at Target just incase you were wondering!!!
Here is a better view of the enclosure my husband and I built. It has a shelf for the mommy kitty to get up on if she wants some quiet time away from her babies.
Here is Misty coming out of her birthing box. Look at her fat pregnant belly! We have discovered that the best birthing box is actually a Rubbermaid or Sterilite Tub! It is so easy to wipe clean, and it gives the mother kitty the quite, private area she needs to feel secure while giving birth. With the lid on it is very dimly lit inside, which calms the mother and kittens.
Here is a cute little shot of Cinnamon Cider as she lounges on the cat tree in the kitty room. Isn't she just a doll!
Silver Enchanting Skye also enjoys playing on the cat tree!
